After payment, I immediately ran a SpeedTest, and the speed was able to reach the maximum bandwidth, and the latency was acceptable.
However, when actually opening web pages (Google search, YouTube, Twitter), it was very slow, almost unusable.
At this time, I ran the test again, and oh, it was normal again...
Helpless, I will continue to use it until the main one is restored, although the latency is higher, at least the response speed is stable and fast.
